Genshin Impact is a free-to-play, open-world action role-playing gacha video game from miHoYo. The game is now available on PC, and the PS4, as well as mobile devices. If you are on the PC version and are getting the Genshin Impact Stuck at White Screen issue, here is how you can fix it.
The game has become a worldwide phenomenon, and one of the biggest releases of 2020. It earned over $60 million in its first week of release, and over $100 million a week or so ago.
Genshin Impact Stuck at White Screen Issue
If you are getting a white screen while trying to play the game, and are stuck on it, follow the steps below to fix it.
- First, open the “DXSETUP” in the directory the game is installed
- If it is present, simply run the “DXSETUP.exe”, and install DirectX
- If the folder isn’t present, head over to the following website, and download the installer
- Install DirectX and relaunch the game (You may need to restart the PC once)
