To fix this, here are a few things you can try.
Method 1: Run directly from the main executable
- Inside the installation folder, look for the Genshin Impact Game folder, and open it
- Now, run the GenshinImpact.exe directly (make sure you run this as admin)
Method 2: Delete the blob_storage file
- Inside the installation folder, look for the Genshin Impact Game folder, and open it
- Here, delete the blob_storage file
- Try running the game now
If these methods don’t work for you, be patient and wait for an update.
