If you are on the Android version of Genshin Impact, and are running into the 31-4302 error. Here is how you can fix it.

  • Head over to the following location
Internal Storage > Android > data > com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact
  • Now, copy the folder named “com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact” in another location
  • Uninstall Genshin Impact
  • Install either Tap Tap Global or QooApp or APKPure, and using those download Genshin Impact
  • After the download and installation are complete, DON’T LAUNCH THE GAME YET, Instead, go to the “com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact” copy you made
  • Hold tap on that folder, and then press “Move”
  • Navigate back to Internal Storage > Android > data and paste it there

The game should start working after this
