At Microsoft Build Conference this year, the company promised a full-featured lock screen app for Windows Phone 8.1. Microsoft has kept its promise and Live Lock Screen app is now out for Windows Phone. The beta version has been released to make your lock screen attractive and gorgeous.

Want to truly personalize your lock screen? Live lock screen lets you choose from 6 new lock screen layouts to add a distinctive touch to your Windows Phone. Each layout has a revamped design for the time, date, and notifications, as well as a unique unlock animation. You can also cycle through multiple background images throughout the day to keep your lock screen fresh—or just get the latest incredible image from Bing every morning.

Once you have installed the app, launch it. You will be asked to set it as default lock screen app. After setting, you will find the layout list, Bing images, background images and time interval between images option. Make your selection and Live Lock Screen app will do the rest.

The beta version weighs only 5MB in size and is available FREE of cost at Windows Phone Store.

Previously, it was expected that the app will not have 512MB RAM support. But well, it has! J There is no as such issue on beta app so you can try it without any negative thoughts. Microsoft will possibly release the public app in a week or two.
