RAD is an upcoming 3D action rogue-like set in a post-post-apocalyptic world, where humanity has faced armageddon not once, but twice. The game is being developed by Double Fine and published by Namco Bandai Games America Inc, and now the RAD PC System Requirements have been officially revealed.

Double Fine is a video game company founded by Tim Schafer and is known for some of the best PC games of all time.

If you’re looking to run this game on your PC, you’ll need the following specifications

Minimum

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2400, 3.10 GHz / AMD FX-8350, 4.00 GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 780, 3 GB / AMD RX 470, 4 GB
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 6 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX compatible soundcard or onboard chipset

Recommended

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4570, 3.20 GHz / AMD Ryzen 5 1400, 3.20 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 980, 4 GB or Radeon RX Vega 64, 8 GB
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 6 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX compatible soundcard or onboard chipset

The requirements for this game are surprsingly quite high, based on the visuals. You’ll need a quad-core CPU, to run this game and a decent 3/4 GB GPU. If you’re looking to max this game out, the requirements become even higher and you’ll need a powerful CPU, paired with a relatively high-end GPU.

These could just state for safekeeping for now and may change over time, however, currently, you’ll need a fairly decent system to run it.
