Persona 5 The Royal has been announced for PS4 by ATLUS. The teaser shows a brand new female character and more information about it will be revealed soon.

We’re unsure what the nature of the content is but it seems like an expansion for the game. The site has been updated for this announcement as well, which you visit here.
This could also be a re-release of the main game with a different playable lead, and content. We’ll get more information on 24th April, next month. The game has also been listed as an RPG, which felt like a given.
There are also rumors about a Nintendo Switch version of Persona 5 as well. ATLUS hasn’t confirmed any of these yet, but given the success of Nintendo Switch as a console, Persona 5 is a perfect game for it. We hope ATLUS does expand their platforms to PC and Nintendo Switch. ATLUS SEGA has also released Catherine on PC via Steam and CAPCOM has commented on the success of their titles on Steam as well.
