Fix Crashing on Touch-Capable Systems running on Windows 10

If you’re experiencing crashes on a touch-capable system running on Windows 10, you can fix that by the following steps

  • Open Task Manager
  • Switch to the Services Tab
  • Disable TabletInputService

Low FPS on PS4

Some players have reported frame drops while playing on the PS4 after extended periods. The current best fix for this is to either head to the Main Menu and resume or closing the game entirely and running it again.

Reduce Instability when using DX12

If you have stutters and constant frame drops using DX12, you can try disabling the uplay overly by following the steps below

  • Head over to Uplay -> Settings -> General
  • Untick “Enable in-game overlay for supported games”

Fix The Division 2 No Sound Problem

Some players have reported that there is no sound coming through their Logitech headphones

  • Verify your game through the client (just in case)
  • Start Task Manager, select Processes, hit the “L” key, find something along the lines of “Logitech Surround Service“, end this process.
  • If this doesn’t work, end the Logitech Game Software process as well
  • Restart PC for good measure
