Outlaws Cover Art Leaked – Game Is Still A Mystery

Rocksteady Celebrating Milestone

Yesterday we covered a rumor that originated from 4chan. While the latter is a hit or miss on rumors, the poster presented a lot of convincing artwork. It seems that a new Reddit account also took to the BatmanArkham subreddit to post a new leak. The Outlaws Cover Art Leaked shows us pretty much everything we know about the game thus far … nothing.

Outlaws Cover Art Leaked – The best-kept secret in gaming

Keep in mind, we no closer than before to figuring out what Outlaws is. Whether or not it is actually based on the 2011 comic series starring the Redhood, Arsenal, and Starfire is still the billion dollar question.

Reddit user DrPlayer111 posted what appears to be a placeholder cover art for the game with what appears to be a bunch of redacted text.

They say a picture says a 1000 words, but in this case, we are at a loss for words.

The cover art shows us a look at the Premium Edition case for the game, which is pretty much an industry staple at this point. What the cover art fails to show us is any indication of the game or its nature.

Previously it was suggested that Warner Bros. was working on a new Batman game, and we haven’t heard from Rocksteady since 2015’s Arkham Knight. A new game from the developers would most certainly be more than welcome, given that it isn’t an online game.

For now, all we can do is wait with bated breath for the game to get “revealed” on the coming Friday, 26th April.

With E3 drawing closer, we are curious if the studios will make an appearance and announce their new projects. Whether or not there are more Batman or its relevant universe games in the pipeline is something we can not yet give a positive answer to.

While Outlaws could be many things, we do hope that it is able to quench the thirst of gamers when it comes to games in the world of Batman and DC.

Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below, what game do you think Outlaws could be?
