InvictusVolition Indie First Person Shooter Game on Unreal Engine from a Single Developer

Russia 2055 Indie FPS Game

InvictusVolition, a single developer has posted a trailer and screenshots of his futuristic first-person shooter game, Russia 2055. The game is being developed in Unreal Engine 4 and the trailer is out on Youtube. We will let you see the trailer for yourself and make your judgment but do keep in mind that the creator claims he is single-handedly developing this first-person shooter game.

Russia 2055 Indie FPS by a Single Developer

InvictusVolition a single dude behind this futuristic FPS, shared some screenshots of his project under development. He posted it on Unreal engine forums where he said he has been developing the game for quite some time and honestly, the game looks very good.

Check out the trailer down below:

Not much about the game is known but it is clear that the game is a first-person shooter. From the looks of the trailer the game, it seems like there is a single map (possibly still in development). This could also be a multiplayer game which supports 64 players.

It is very impressive to know that the game is being developed single-handily by one guy. Developing games is not an easy job and could take years to publish a polished game. Probably this game won’t be coming soon and hell it might not even release at all but we’d like to give the creator benefit of the doubt and hope for the best.

Although the trailer looks somewhat professional, these sort of cinematic trailers can be often deceiving and it looks too good to be true considering a project of this stature is only being worked on by a single person if that claim is true at all. You can also go through the screenshots posted above and see for yourself.

We would not expect a release date to be announced anytime soon since games of this caliber take years to complete even when a team of hundreds of people is at disposal. However, we are interested in what you have to say about this game so let us know in the comments if you think this is just too good to be true or that it seems legit.
