  1. There are a variety of fixes if you are on the console range, but the official Warner Bros. Page has a list of stuff to try before you go to Google or Reddit to fix your problem.
  2. Start by opening your “My Games and Apps” from your Home menu and head into the Games tab.
  3. Select Mortal Kombat 11 and press the Menu button (the button with 3 lines) on your controller.
  4. You will now see an option of Manage Game. On the left side of the screen, find your install and save data for the game. Press the Menu button on your controller again and select Uninstall.
  5. Now you need to reinstall your copy of the game. If you have a physical copy, just put the disc in and let it run its course. If you have the digital version, go to your My Games and Apps page and choose Mortal Kombat 11 from Ready to Install on the right side to download the game.

The issue should be with if your game didn’t install properly for some reason, and in rare cases, it could be the fault of the media or the hard drive itself as the hard drive might have a bad sector on it preventing a successful install.
