While the Far Cry series has always had a fairly manageable series of easy platinums / 1000G, it seems that Far Cry 5 Achievements aim to keep that legacy alive with some easy achievements catered to single player and only a couple of them lending a hand to a friend. Far Cry 5 is only a week away from release and an early look at the list shows us that this is a straightforward platinum which has the player doing the bare minimum. The collectibles only require you to collect 1 of each and playing 3 quests with a friend, which should be an easy task if you know where to find a partner to complete them with.
PowerPyx has shared his thoughts at the end of the list stating that the platinum can take roughly 20-30 hours with a majority of that time going to the story mode and exploration, which is a given for a Far Cry game.
Far Cry 5 is a new direction for the series as we step away from the native jungle settings and explore a new area of liberating a city from the reign of a corrupt cult that is carrying out some truly disturbing stuff with the residents of the small town, and as always, it is up to the game’s protagonist to free the people from the tyranny.
