Dead Island is an action role-playing survival horror video game series developed by Polish studio Techland and published by Koch Media’s game label Deep Silver. The oroginal dead island was released on 6 September 2011. And the latest one the Dead Island: Riptide was released in April last year.
Deep Silver has announced another entry in Dead Island series and it is called Escape Dead Island. Alex Toplansky, The narrative producer of dead island series told the PlayStation Blog that Escape Dead Island would offer a “fresh perspective” on the series when it launches in fall this year. Dead Island 2 is coming in 2015 and Escape Dead Island story is set between the Dead Island and Dead Island 2. In the game we play as Cliff Calo. Which you can see in the announcement trailer below.
The game is coming for Xbox 360, PS3 and Microsoft Windows. There are no words yet whether it will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One or not.
