It seems that PEGI has been on a roll lately with low-key announcements of some favorite games to come for 2018, with Turok Remastered for Xbox One being a next contender for the list.
Before anyone else gets excited, this is the trailer for the game that has been rated, so if you are expecting a new Turok anytime soon, you will have to wait for Disney as they currently hold the license for it.
Nightdive Studios, the Publishers did say that they were bringing Turok and Turok 2 to the Xbox One, and it seems tha the cat is finally out of the bag.

Turok is back and no dinosaur is safe! When it was first released in 1997, Turok introduced gamers to a world teeming with cunning enemies, traps, puzzles and deadly weapons all within a vast 3D environment ready to explore. Now the classic game has been restored and enhanced with a new visual engine and exciting new features to sink your teeth into!
While we have yet to see Turok 2: Seeds of Evil reach the same rating board, we can assume that the latter will follow on a later date as we don’t have a cemented release date for the first game as of yet.
Turok is one of gamings most revered IP’s and we can only hope that Disney takes a break from buying out companies left and right and puts some resources on making a good Turok game that fans have been waiting for.
Albeit little is known about Turok Remastered for Xbox One, we will definitely be keeping an eye out for more details as they come to pass.
