Sega Ages: Puyo Puyo Pricing and Other Details

The pricing of the acclaimed classic title will be around 925 yen according to Sega. Sega Ages: Puyo Puyo also came with some neat additions that make it more adaptable to the modern video game world. These include an online mode where you can show off your skills at tile matching to players all around the world and a ranking system to flex all of your points and show your friends that you’re a real gamer.

The game will have both Japanese and Western versions available. The Western version will have different voices and also the arcade release of Sega Ages: Puyo Puyo.

A western release was planned back in February alongside a western release of Sega Ages: Gain Ground, which is another classic shooter game but these releases never happened. There are no updates as to when these games will release in the west. Given the resurgence of appreciation for older games, we wouldn’t be surprised if they release it in the west soon anyway.
