Persona 5 The Royal Detailed, Coming 31st October for Japan and 2020 to West

Persona 5 The Royal is going to add more story to the highly successful 2017 JRPG, Persona 5. Persona 5 The Royal lets us have a whole new semester, with new characters, new story and other great stuff to look forward to as we get back into the world of Persona 5.

Persona 5 The Royal Details Emerge

The website updated a few minutes ago, and now we have a lot of information regarding the game. All of the information below is thanks to MysticDistance on Twitter.

For starters, here is the trailer for the game:

We do know that the game is coming on the 31st of October, 2019 but exclusively to Japan. The Western Release is slated for a 2020 release date with no window given.

We have a first look at a couple of the new characters:

According to the Japenese website, it is confirmed that this Persona 5 The Royal is going to be an enhanced re-release of Persona 5, It will support 4K (PS4 Pro), there are more characters coming outside of Kasumi and The Consultatnt, and we access a new spot called Kichijoji.

There is going to be more information on May 9th, so be sure to stay tuned for that update!

We still don’t know whether or not Persona 5 will make its way to the Nintendo Switch, as it was a heavy rumor a few months ago with a lot of stuff to support the speculation. We do know that for now Persona 5 The Royal is going to remain exclusive to the PS4 as Atlus has yet to announce plans for bringing the game outside of the system.

Persona 5 is a superb game that is definitely worth trying out, You can easily get the game on a deal or sale to enjoy it before the 2020 western release! The game is fairly lengthy so you better get started right away.
