The launch event for OnePlus’ latest flagship is underway in NewYork and the much awaited OnePlus 6T has been finally unveiled. The Phone brings a lot of new features including innovative ones such as In-Screen Fingerprint scanner and screen unlock. With plenty of power and Storage and a simple yet elegant design. The OnePlus 6T is finally here to contend with the big fish.
The OnePlus 6T like other flagship smartphones has been leaked extensively over the course of the past few weeks. Many of the speculations have actually come true, for example, it was believed that OnePlus 6T will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone brings in much sought after features that were absent from previous iterations. Let’s see what the OnePlus 6T has to offer.

What’s new?
There are a number of new features but the much talked about is definitely the new in-display fingerprint scanner which is now faster than ever. Moreover, the display is now slightly bigger and the notch has been replaced with a much smaller “dew drop” style notch that looks way better. The display has also gotten a bump in the brightness department. Apparently, the OnePlus 6T offers 600 nits of brightness which is a tiny increase from the previous OnePlus 6.
OnePlus Screen Dimensions and SpecificationsSadly, there is still no headphone jack and many will agree that this is something that a lot of interested buys will be deterred by.
As for colors, currently, there are two. Midnight black and Mirror Black. We were hoping for more color choices upon launch but we suppose special editions will be launched later.
OnePlus 6T Color SchemesThe battery at 3700 mAh is the biggest capacity battery OnePlus has ever implemented in their phone, however, it is still significantly smaller than other flagships of today where 4000mAh is pretty much the standard now.
OnePlus 6T Price and Availability
According to a leak earlier, the OnePlus 6T will cost 549 USD and we are assuming this is the base model. As for availability, it appears that the phone will be available on November 1st. Official Prices are yet to be announced and we will update the article accordingly.
