Nayatel Fiber Optic Internet Packages, Experience and Details

Nayatel Fiber Optic Internet
Nayatel

Nayatel is one of the current most popular Internet Service Providers in Pakistan, from their excellent service and responsive customer care, there are few ISPs that deliver well on both fronts. While their current availability is limited to a few cities including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Faisalabad, their service is top notch. We’ll be going over various features, packages, and performance of the ISP in various articles but for now, we’ll be going over the Nayatel Fiber Optic Internet home packages and my personal experience with the ISP as well.

Personal Experience

I’ve been using Nayatel for the past few months when I switched over from PTCL, and the experience has been excellent. I’ve never had a single disconnection problem or any unreported slowdown, every time there was a global issue, I’d call Nayatel and they would already have a pre-recorded message explaining the issue and the scale of it and the time it would take for them to rectify it.

If there is a downtime planned for any sort of maintenance, Nayatel would send me an email to explicitly explain when the downtime will occur, how long it will last and when I can resume browsing. What’s more convenient is how they’ll keep downtime during late night hours and they usually last for half an hour or so.

I’ve only had to call customer care for information and they’re always available and they don’t take long to answer, which is quite good.

Moreover, what you’re promised in your package is what you get, if you’re using a 15 Mbps internet package, you’ll get 1.5 Mbps to download as well as upload speed.

I’ve been playing multiplayer games like GTA V, Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor, PUBG, Fortnite, Chivalry, Rocket League and more on both Steam and Uplay, and have been getting excellent Ping as well, with Ping as low as 80 ms in Siege.

While you’re here make sure you read the latest Mortal Kombat 11 patch notes as well.
