Mortal Kombat 11 Graphics shown in Screenshots are from early build, more improvement expected

Mortal Kombat 11 was easily one of the best parts of The Game Awards 2018. The reveal has all set for an April 2019 release date with a full reveal of the game in January 2019. If you are drooling over the screenshots of the game on steam, then you will be glad to know that Mortal Kombat 11 Graphics might still be getting some tweaking.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a game that is now on a lot of peoples pre-order list after it got officially announced at The Game Awards earlier this month. When the game went live for pre-order the screenshots of the game were shown. While the screenshots do look appealing and show a polished game,

There is some good news. According to Jon Greenberg, The Graphics Programming Lead over at Netherrealm, the screenshots shown on those pages are from an early build of the game.

You can see that the tweet indeed confirms that the screenshots for the game are currently from an early build of the game, so you can definitely expect some further polish and refined screenshots to the game.

Considering the full reveal for the game will take place in January 2019, we can expect the full details on the games setting, character roster, and we can finally learn about all the reasons we should look forward to it.

Considering 2019 could be the last year we see games for this console generation with the PS5 and the successor to the Xbox One also predicted for 2020.

Mortal Kombat X released in April 2015 and it was a colossal hit amongst the fans. Introducing a roster with new characters, the new variation system in fighters and other changes, the game was a great hit with fans. Things can only get better with Mortal Kombat 11 as Ed Boon has yet to disappoint us ever since releasing Mortal Kombat 9 way back in 2011.
