Now this is big. How big you ask? This is big as Liam Neeson willing to play the role of Ra’s ul Ghul. Now for the fan that went completely nuts when last month on the Comic Con it was announced that Ra’s ul Ghul will be appearing in Arrow season 3. This is a very big and interesting news for them. Then that is not it. The websites and blogs around the internet mentioned some candidates that could play as Ra’s on TV.
Everyone was mentioned from Jason Isaacs to Oded Fehr and even Pedro Pascal. But what if we could get the guy who played the demon in Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins. Yes that would be Liam Neeson. And even a glimpse of Liam Neeson can be extremely appreciated and cheered by the fans.
Although not anything is in the works right now but Liam Neeson, in a recent video interview, said he’d be willing to reprise the role. If he were asked to, that is.
“No, I haven’t [been asked], I haven’t at all. I would [do it], in a heartbeat, if it came my way, yeah. Very much so.”
But this was not it. Liam Neeson also had some suggestions and opinions about the person who did wind up playing as Ra’s ul Ghul. These are his words.
“They have to believe in their philosophy. Ra’s al Ghul absolutely believed what he was doing was ultimately saving civilization, and it was quite a good argument he comes up with. Throughout the ages this fraternity, that brought the plague to wipe out a section of mankind because it needed to be regenerated again. Very dangerous, but you have to believe it.”
