LG G3 to feature Quad-HD Display and Octa-core chipset, expected in 2014

So at last, here are the first words relating to LG’s upcoming successor of LG G2 i.e. LG G3. LG G2 was one of the all-time greatest hit of LG Company. The smartphone got very popular across the Globe. LG G2 emerged as one of the famous Android phones beating all the competitors i.e. Samsung, hTC, Sony etc.

Now let’s talk about its successor i.e. LG G3. There were no hardware details till yet about the upcoming LG G3. Although the set was rumored to come in 2014 but as far as specs are concerned, no words! However, now we have got something about the hardware of LG G3. Thanks to ZDNet Korea.

According to ZDNet Korea, LG is building up a smartphone with Display having 2560 x 1440 pixels making it QHD Display. The upper-case Q indicates its difference with other smartphones’ display. All the previous smartphones have qHD Display but LG G3 will have QHD Display. Hence, every edge of the image will be more than CLEAR and BRIGHT!

Coming to the chipset of the handset, LG G3 will feature Octa-core chipset already in development at LG under the name i.e. LG Odin. Moreover, LG G3 will feature a 16MP back camera.
