Rockstar has answered this question as:
No. All digital pre-order GTA$ bonuses are exclusive to digital pre-orders of Red Dead Redemption 2 and cannot be applied to the physical version pre-orders. Please note that the digital-exclusive treasure map is limited specifically to digital pre-orders of Red Dead Redemption 2 placed before August 15th.
