FIX 1: Latest Cyberpunk 2077 Game files
Make sure you have the latest patch of the game installed. You can download the latest files from here.
FIX 2: UPDATE YOUR GRAPHIC DRIVER
Make sure you are on the latest versions of your GPU drivers. You can download these from the links below
Fix 3: Add an exception in your Antivirus
If you have third party anti-virus software installed, simply add the Cyberpunk 2077 folder in its exceptions/exclusions list. This will make sure that the anti-virus doesn’t consider it a false negative.
FIX 4: UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS
Make sure you are on the latest version of your operating system. To update your Windows, follow the steps below.
- Click on Start, and go to Settings
- Here, select Update and Security
- Click on Windows Update

Fix 5: Launch the game as admin
- Locate the executable (.exe file) for the game
- Right-click on it, and click Properties
