Fortnite gifting system just got leaked on Twitter by a very on-spot leaker named Fortrisen. His leaks are pretty much right most of the time. Here’s how to gift skins in Fortnite!

Fortrisen the guy who is notorious for leaking Fortnite content way before it gets released and almost everytime his leaks are right. He just posted a Tweet about Fortnite gifting system in which the player can purchase items either for himself or can purchase as a gift.

How to Gift Skins in Fortnite
According to the video, you can purchase stuff for V-Bucks. Now there are two things you can do. Before this feature, you can only use the skins just for yourself and anyone who wished to use the skins should have to spend money in order to use them in-game. It has been almost more than a year since this game came out and about time they introduce the Fortnite gifting system.
Steps:
- Look for anything, skins, emote etc from the store and select “Buy As A Gift” option.
- Now it will show the list of recipients. Select any friend who is eligible to receive the gift.
- Next, it will show you “Personalize The Gift” option in which you can write a description of the item you want to send as a gift. It can be anything you want to say. NOTE: The gift once sent, cannot be returned
- Click Send button to send the gift to the selected person.
Cool, but can I gift a Battle Pass or its skins to my friends?
This is one of the few things which are not confirmed in the video. As many multiplayer games, this feature is common in almost every game so I think you will be able to gift Battle Pass or Battle Pass items as well. It might not necessarily come in the first update but in the future, it might. At least it should but again it is a speculation. What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments down below.
