Who have not yet heard the name of game Flappy Bird? The game have gone at the top on both Android and Apple stores. As far as Google Play Store is concerned, the game has been downloaded up to 50 million times. Apple has also tweeted about the score of the game i.e. 99 earlier this week. It is also worth mentioning that the developer of the game Dong Nguyen is earning $50,000 per day from advertising by Flappy Bird game.
The popular Flappy Bird game was released back in May 2013 for iOS and in meantime for Android too. The game went on popularity. Nowadays, it is one of the most popular FREE app on both stores. The game requires you to fly a bird and avoid it from pipes. The game seems quite easy but in reality, it is too difficult.
However, now the developer @DongNguyen from GEARS Studios has announced to take Flappy Bird game back from Google Play Store and iTunes. The game will be removed from both the stores in next TWO HOURS. Have a look on the tweet,
I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore.

The reason behind the withdrawal is particularly the legal issues which the developer was facing because of Flappy Bird resemblance with some of the popular games i.e. Nintendo Super Mario Bros. But the developer has rejected this reason in his tweet:
It is not anything related to legal issues. I just cannot keep it anymore.

Earlier this week, he outburst his irritation on the Press people which were continuously overrating the game. The developer was also offered SELL offers but he rejected it as well:
