Crossover Launches in Pakistan, Partnering up with PASHA and PITB

Crossover-1

Crossover is launching its services in Pakistan. The launch event was held at Barcelos. Many media persons and executives from a number of companies joined the conference.

Crossover is a platform targetted towards the freelancers. The goal of the company is to provide full-time remote employment to its employees. Unlike other freelancing services, Crossover provides full-time employment to its employees. Just like any regular office, they get the Saturdays and Sundays off and work for 8 hours per day. The company connects it’s hired employees to other companies in the world who are searching for the individuals to do their work.

Crossover

This is necessary to remember here that Crossover is not like other freelance websites to do part time job. It provides full-time employment to its employees and they work like they are working in a regular office, but from home. They’ll have to work for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. The company will get them projects to work on, so there is no need to bid on different projects and find jobs. And even if the employee doesn’t get work for some time, he’ll be paid.

There are currently 1000 people working in Crossover around the globe, 50 of which are Pakistanis. By launching its local services in Pakistan, the company is planning to have at least 200 employees from Pakistan within 2 years. The company is also partnering up with PASHA and PITB so that it can accelerate its reach in Pakistan with the help of them. Representatives of both partnering companies were there at the time of announcement.

To get the employment at Crossover, you’ll have to go through a series of tests to get certified. If you pass all the tests, you’ll be eligible to work at the company. To find more about the company, visit their official website.
