Battlefield V Chapter 1 Overture Update Delayed – Will Be Out Soon.

EA was supposed to roll out the first of the free content update that they have designated the overture update. The update was supposed to add a war story of a German soldier who commanded a tank brigade. The war story was titled “The Last Tiger” and is named after the famous Tiger tank of the time. There was also going to be a free map by the name of Panzerstorm which would have a battalion of tanks and soldiers fighting each other on the ground.

The other features that the update offered were going to be a practice range for practicing shooting on, skins for weapons, vehicles and more.

Unfortunately, just on the eve of the release of the update, EA released a tweet stating that they found some last minute problems with the update and decided to hold on to it until the problems are fixed. This is a good choice from them as it would have been a problematic update.

Bash EA as you will, but you have to give them props for catching this problem well before it could become one. EA has yet to clear when the update will be made available but hopefully, it will be available by the weekend for people to enjoy the new map with friends.
