For all you retro enthusiasts Sony has announced an exciting new console. The PlayStation Classic is $99 Console that will come preloaded with 20 classic PlayStation 1 games. The PlayStation Classic is aimed towards bringing you the classic experience from the days of PlayStation 1.

Sony Announces PlayStation Classic with 20 Games For Only $99
It was 25 years ago that the gaming world would see an innovation that would change the face of gaming forever, it was a turning point for the gaming world where the most we had achieved prior to the release of the original PlayStation 1 were 2D games. The launch of the very first PlayStation console revolutionized the gaming scene back in 1994.
Now Sony is offering us a chance to live that glorious past once again with the announcement of PlayStation Classic
Today, we are excited to announce that we are bringing back the original PlayStation experience in a new miniaturized version – PlayStation Classic! The console will come pre-loaded with 20 classic titles, including fan-favorites such as Final Fantasy VII, Jumping Flash, Ridge Racer Type 4, Tekken 3, and Wild Arms.
For starters, the games that will be included in the 20 preloaded games are Final Fantasy VII, Jumping Flash, Ridge Racer Type 4, Tekken 3, and Wild Arms. We are yet to get ahold of the full list.
Sony PlayStation Classic Size and Built
The mini console is approximately 45% smaller than the original PlayStation, and it emulates the original’s look and feel by featuring similar controllers and packaging. Long-time fans will appreciate the nostalgia that comes with rediscovering the games they know and love, while gamers who might be new to the platform can enjoy the groundbreaking PlayStation console experience that started it all. All of the pre-loaded games will be playable in their original format.

Sony PlayStation Classic Price and Availability
According to PlayStation’s Website, the Sony PlayStation Classic console will be available for pre-order at select retailers across the US and CAN, each unit will also come with an HDMI cable to connect to their TV, a USB cable, and two controllers for local multiplayer within compatible titles. PlayStation Classic will be available for $99.99 USD (MSRP) / $129.99 CAN (MSRP) on December 3, 2018.
