How to Sign-up for the PS4 System Update 6.00 Beta

If you’re on PlayStation and want to get access to the upcoming content and features from the latest update, we have you covered. Here’s how you can sign-up for the PS4 System Update 6.00 Beta, details below.

Currently only North American and Japanese accounts will have access to the Beta update, and we’re sharing the links for it below

Just click the links above, fill out the form and you’ll get an email regarding the beta whenever it’s available, however be quick to sign-up for it since the registration will end on July 27, 2018.

Other conditions include that you must be older than 18 years of age and are either subscribed to PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now.

We’re unsure what the update 6.00 will include at this point but if you’re interested in knowing what the current firmware version of PS4 has, you can head over to this link to read all about it, but highlights include playtime restrictions for child accounts, the ability to hide applications from your library, custom wallpapers via USB, supersampling mode on PS4 Pro and the ability to delete notifications.

We’ll be updating about the entire update as soon as it launches and report it personally how the beta experience was for us as well.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Beta for PS4

Another advantage of owing a PS4, is you’ll be getting the private beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on it first, and then it will launch for other platforms later, you can see the entire schedule below

PS4: August 3rd 5pm BST and that preview ends three days later on August 6th.

PS4 and Xbox:  August 10th, again at 5pm BST and runs until August 13th.

PC: Early Access also goes live August 10th before the Open Beta goes up August 11th and stays up till the 13th
