In case you haven’t been living under the rock for the past month you must know about Red Dead Redemption 2 by now. It is one of the best selling games in Rockstar’s history and it has been making waves ever since the very first leak surfaced a few months ago. Upon release, however, the game did even better than many had anticipated. Now to make things even more interesting, the online mode for the game will be launching on 30th Nov while those who purchased the Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition will get to play the online mode today. However, this is not the only exciting bit of news, according to recent leaks, it appears that Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Battle Royale Mode will be a part of the online experience.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Battle Royale Mode Leaked
The leaks I am talking about shows a plethora of modes that will be playable in the online multiplayer mode of the game. At a glance, the variety that is offered by Rockstar for its RDR2 online mode seems overwhelming, there are literally so many modes. However, what caught the attention of so many people is a mode called “Make it count”. The leaked description of the mode reads as follows
“A true test of resourcefulness: Use nothing but bows and a handful of arrows to be the last one standing. With a gradually shrinking player area, there is nowhere to run.”
Sounds familiar? well, believe it or not, this is Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Battle Royale Mode. Who would have thought that a game like RDR2 could possibly feature a BR mode but then again BR mode is all the rage these days no matter what the game maybe.
You can find the “make it count mode” at the bottom of the first image posted above. Now, no more details have emerged about the BR mode, however, some websites have stated that it will most probably be a 32-player battle royale mode and not the typical 100-player that we have come to see in many other games.

When Will You Get To Play Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Battle Royale Mode?
So the schedule for release of the online mode is not so straightforward. Here is when you will be able to play RDR2 online depending on which version of the game you bought.

Tuesday, November 27th: All Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition owners. Please note, players who purchased the physical Ultimate Edition must redeem the Ultimate Edition code in the packaging to be eligible.

Wednesday, November 28th: All players who played Red Dead Redemption 2 on October 26th according to our data.

Thursday, November 29th: All players who played Red Dead Redemption 2 between October 26th to October 29th according to our data.

Friday, November 30th: All players who own Red Dead Redemption 2.
So it appears that Nov 30th is the date when all players irrespective of the version of the game will be able to play the online mode.
