Red Dead Redemption 2 is out and it came like a blast becoming the fan favorite within weeks of release. Now fans are anxiously waiting for Red Dead Online to get released. Rockstar can release the beta anytime soon and nobody has any idea about what it could be.
Red Dead Online has been announced for quite some time but we have no idea what it would be like. We can, however, speculate that it can be very similar to GTA Online but with Red Dead Redemption 2. The beta was announced when the game was released.
The eagle-eyed team at Ultragamerz just reported that Red Dead Redemption 2 Xbox achievement “Breakout”, an achievement related to its Red Dead Online mode, is now showing activity. This can have only one meaning which is people are playing Red Dead Online before beta.
We can speculate about RDO by having a look at prequel game mode. Red Dead Redemption featured an online mode which took many of the single-player elements and expended it with the multiplayer sandbox. The multiplayer mode featured deathmatches, PvE and free roam in which you can see and interact with other players online. Very similar to GTA Online which is the online mode for GTA V and people are playing GTA Online these days.
Red Dead Redemption 2 offers a very rich story, detailing, physics, NPCs in a breathtaking environment and visuals. What can Rockstar possible do to implement all of these things and make it different than single-player, how will these mechanics and new systems be implemented in Red Dead Online? Hopefully, we will get our answer soon as Rockstar might release the beta at the end of this month.
