Fortnite Battle Royale is quickly looking to compete against PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). Made by Epic Games, this is another free to play title that is currently popular made by the studio after Paragon that is targeted to connect and create hours of fun for PS4 and PC players alike. This guide will walk you through on how to achieve PS4 to PC Fortnite Cross Play Using Epic Launcher.
The game is currently free to play on both platforms, with the PS4 version not requiring PlayStation Plus to play on the multiplayer! This alone should be reason enough for you and your friends to try out this absolutely amazing game!
While Fortnite Battle Royale shares many of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds features such as the game mode, the game sets itself apart by letting players use the world around them to harvest materials to build temporary structures, forts, and other ways to protect themselves from the dangers of a populated world, and the impending eye of the storm.

While Crossplay is a limited feature for PS4 players that is only available to select games such as Rocket League and is natively offered by the latter, players can make use of Epic Launcher to help bridge the gap between platforms and be able to play together without a lot of hassle.
How to setup PS4 to PC Fortnite Cross Play:
Step 1.
You need to link your Epic account and your PSN. You will log in to Epic Games by visiting this link.
If you haven’t made one, it is best to make sure you use the same email address that your PSN account is on.
Step 2.
When you are logged in, navigate to ‘Connected Accounts’ on the left panel. Over here, you will have the option of connecting your PSN account. Simply enter your PSN credentials and you will see the connected box become a disconnect, this means your account has been linked.
Step 3.
You will now give your credentials (Email address or Epic ID) to your friend, and they will add you using Epic Launcher. In Epic Launcher they have to add you by navigating to the Friends option and clicking on Add a Friend.
Step 4.
When you have been added, you and your friend need to go online on Fortnite. Your PC friend will navigate to Party Finder as shown below on the PC.
Step 5.
When in Party Finder, your friend will look for your name and from there he will click on your name and choose the ‘Join’ option that will appear shortly after.
And with that, you and your friend are ready to play some Fortnite together. Any time you wish to play together, you simply have to follow the instructions from Step 4. and you are all set to play!
Keep in mind that there is going to be a world of difference between skills because of this as you will either end up in PC populated servers, PS4 populated servers or mixed, it is highly recommended you stay in touch with your friend using a VoIP app and communicating with each other.
