Nintendo Direct September 2018 Date Leaked

The direct to happen on 7th September was officially delayed by Nintendo, as revealed by their official tweet

The information comes from a Reddit post by Twitter users OatmealDome and Simonx22 who have revealed that the Ranked rotation pool with Starfish Mainstage that was supposed to start on September 7th has been removed and the dates have been moved to until 14th September.

This could be a placeholder date for now, but the fact remains that both events were going to coincide with each other, something else to note here is that The Salmon Run gear that was scheduled for September 7th has also been moved to September 14th.

So all these events have been moved to the same date, which while could be a coincidence and placeholder by Nintendo.

It’s safe to assume that the Nintendo Direct September 2018 will be occurring on next Friday, which is 14th September.
