But for Google, a great deal of loss in less than 3 years they sold of Motorola for a sum of nothing. Back in August 2011. Google paid 12.6 billion for the smartphones and tablets of Motorola devices but in the end it was just a smart move played by Google in order to have more patents than to sell of devices. The deal is said to include whole mobile division and some 10,000 of its patents from a total of 17,000Google CEO Larry Page confirmed the sale through his blog post. Find the link to post below.

The deals goes out like. Lenovo will pay a cold cash of $660 million followed by $750 million in stock and the rest of $1.5 billion will be paid off in the upcoming three years. When Google purchased Motorola in 2011, it said it would “supercharge the Android ecosystem”. But recently the mobile division went in a big loss of some $250 million the 4th quarter of 2013. So well, best of Luck to Lenovo and let’s see what they kick off with as they have got Motorola in their hands now.
