Knockout City System Requirements Revealed (Minimum and Recommended)

Knockout City System Requirements
Knockout City

Knockout City is an upcoming multiplayer dodgeball game from Velan Studios and Electronic Arts. The title was revealed during the latest Nintendo Direct and is coming out this year. It is coming to a variety of platforms including PC, PS4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. Players will be given the opportunity to try it out in multiple betas before launch. Now, the Knockout City System Requirements have been revealed through the Steam page as well.

The title costs $19.99 and features crossplay as well. PC players can also sign-up for a closed beta as well, and we’ll explain how you can do that below. This is a team-based game and features 3v3 PvP matches, and it’s something that isn’t really explored in multiplayer games before. There are many creative multiplayer titles on the market, and having a unique concept is a sure way to get noticed.

Knockout City System Requirements

To play the game on PC, you need the following specifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 6300 Dual Core 3.8 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 2GB
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 15 GB available space
  • Sound Card: Integrated or Dedicated

Recommended Requirements

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600 Quad Core 3.3 GHz
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 970 4GB
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 15 GB available space
  • Sound Card: Integrated or Dedicated

Based on these requirements, it is pretty obvious that this isn’t a very demanding game at all. Players only need 2 GB of VRAM to get into the game, and a GPU like the GTX 970, which has 4 GB of VRAM to play at higher settings. 16 GB of RAM is also required, but players can run the game with 8 GB as well.

Players need a total of 15 GB of free space to install the game, and Windows 10 is the supported OS. We will have to see during the beta if this works on Windows 7 as well.

Knockout City Release Date

The game is coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch on 21st May 2021.

Players can sign-up for the beta through the Steam page, at the following link. This will give players a chance to try the game out, and get a feel for it. This is also an opportunity to provide feedback to the developers, so they can improve on it before the official launch. The studio is also responsible for Mario Kart Circuit live, which came out last year on the Nintendo Switch.

What do you think about the requirements? Are you excited to try out the game? Let us know in the comments below and share your thoughts.
