Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is a remaster of the original action RPG that came out in 2012. The remaster is being published by THQ Nordic and is being developed by KAIKO and Big Huge Games. The title is coming to PC via Steam and on both Xbox One and PS4. The Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning System Requirements have also been revealed through the Steam listing.

This is just one of the many remasters and remakes THQ Nordic has been releasing. We’re excited to see how much the game has improved since 2012, and what new graphical features will be present.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning System Requirements

To play the title on PC, you will need the following

Minimum

  • Processor: Intel or AMD Dual-Core CPU 2.5 GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM

  • Additional Notes: Preliminary system requirements!

Recommended

  • OS: Windows 7, Windows, 8, Windows 10 (64 bit)
  • Processor: Intel or AMD Quad-Core CPU 3 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: DirectX 11 Feature Level AMD or NVIDIA Card with 2 GB VRAM
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 40 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: Preliminary system requirements!

For now, these are the preliminary requirement as mentioned in the additional notes. However, they have mentioned some generic requirements. Players will only need a 2 GB VRAM GPU to max this game out, and it’s honestly a bit surprising. There’s a chance that this might be updated to a bit more specific hardware, but it seems like it isn’t a major remaster.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning on Steam

You can now add the title to your wishlist on Steam. It is slated for launch this year. The re-release comes with all the DLC from the original release. An expansion for the game has also been announced and is coming out next year.
