Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress – Ran: Hajimaru Michiato is an adaptation of the anime series called Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. It is a mobile game that will be supervised by the director of the anime series as well. The game will follow Unato Kessen and is set during winter in Nakanokuni. There will be multiple characters and while the pricing of the game hasn’t been disclosed yet, we expect there to be in-game purchases as well.
The game is being supervised by the series’s director and will feature all the voice actors who have worked on the anime as well.
The game will feature three new characters Kaname (CV: Shohei Komatsu), Haya (CV: Tomoyo Kurosawa), Chihiro (CV: Yuichiro Umehara), and there is a semi-auto battle system implemented.
Players will control teams of 5 and tapping them will start their fight animations and cutscenes.
The game is headed to both Android and iOS this Winter and there will also be a panel featuring the voice cast on 22nd September at TGS 2018. Make sure to visit the official site of the game for information about the upcoming mobile title.
