For the most part, it looks pretty legit, but slightly outdated, considering Isabelle from Animal Crossing is missing. The character order is pretty accurate to the way they are listed on the official site of the game, which you can display here.

The special edition also for a fact includes the SteelBook, a Pro Controller and the game itself, which you can check on BestBuy as well, which you can pre-order for $140.
