Over on Reddit, many users have complained about this error. Yet, SEGA has released no resolution for it. Fortunately, the solution is simple and only takes a few minutes to do. In this article, we will explain the cause of this issue and how you can resolve it.

What Causes This Error?

It’s self-explanatory! It occurs whenever one or more required DLL files are missing from your game’s library.

What Is A DLL File?

DLL, or Dynamic Link Library, files are sets of codes and information that are used in applications for them to function as they are supposed to. Therefore, every program on Windows can use a particular DLL file to implement pre-set instructions. It makes memory usage more efficient and the code can be re-used without changing anything.
