Prodeus is an indie first-person shooter from Bounding Box Software Inc and Humble Games. The game is now available on Steam as an Early Access title. This means that there will be some technical problems that players will run into. If you are on PC and are facing the Prodeus not launching issue, here is how you can fix it.
The game currently has Very Positive reviews on Steam, and looks like a solid release so far.
A few users have complained that they game doesn’t launch for them, and the developers are aware of this. For now, if you are getting this issue, here are a few things you can try to fix it.
Fix 1: Unplug (custom) controllers
Try unplugging any controllers you have attached to the PC. For some odd reason, custom controllers can stop the game from launching. The developers are aware of this, and are adding exceptions by collecting data. For the moment, simply disconnect controllers while trying to play the game.
FIX 2: UPDATE YOUR GPU
Make sure you are on the latest versions of your GPU drivers. You can download these from the links below
