Grounded is a survival game from Obsidian Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios. The game is now available on PC via SteamWindows Store, and on the Xbox One. The game is currently in Early Access and you are bound to run into both technical errors and general bugs. If you are running into any Grounded Controller issues on PC, here is how you can fix those.

The game has a Very Positive rating on Steam, and the developers are actively supporting the title. Frequent updates and communication with the fanbase are essential, and Obsidian has delivered on both fronts.

Fix Grounded Controller Issues

There are a few controller issues that players are facing, and the developers are aware of those.

Unresponsive Controller

If your controller has stopped working, or hasn’t worked from the start, you can try the following fixes

  • Title Menu: Restart Grounded or plug in a keyboard to get past the welcome message
  • In-game: Restart Grounded
  • Make sure that you don’t have a second controller connected, as it can interfere with the first one

Grounded is currently available as an Early Access title. This means that development will continue with the help of player feedback. Early days of any title using this format are a bit rough on the technical side. There is a lot of potential in this title, and we hope that it’s even better when it launches.
