How to enable The Surge 2 Cheat Mode on PC (Steam)

The Surge 2 is an action role-playing game developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive. The game has been reviewing much better than the original game, and it’s now available on consoles and PC. If you’re on PC, here’s how you can enable The Surge 2 Cheat Mode.

With a variety of graphical options and decent performance, The Surge 2’s PC version is pretty decent.

Enable The Surge 2 Cheat Mode

The Surge 2 cheat mode provides a variety of commands that allow you to tweak the various aspects of the game. Here’s how you can enable it.

  • Head over the following location
USER/Documents/The Surge 2/settings.ini
  • Now, open Settings.ini
  • Find the cheats_enabled parameter, and make sure it’s set to true.
  • Launch the game, and press the Ctrl+⇧ Shift+F12 or Left Trigger+Right Trigger+Dpad Right to open up the debug/cheat menu.
  • Open your game directory, and head over to the following location
media-nextinput_binding_sets
  • Open DevDebugGameState.input_bindings.json and NextMain.input_bindings.json to access a variety of commands that you can use in the debug menu in-game.

How to Enable God Mode in The Surge 2

After you’ve followed the steps mentioned above, open the debug menu, and enter the following command

Left Trigger+Right Trigger+Dpad Up

This will enable God Mode for you.
