The game forces motion blur on PC which might cause performance issues on many systems. Disabling motion blur will help in getting a slight performance boost. The workaround to this problem lies in a .ini file tweak. The .ini file is located in the config folder of the game.
Add r.MotionBlurQuality=0to the engine.ini file and that will disable motion blur.
Save the file and start Destroy All Humans from Steam or your desktop
This should resolve the forced motion blur issue.
