Capcom Taiwan has just announced their newest mobile RPG game called Rockman X Dive. The game is due for release on both iOS and Android sometime before the end of this year. While there is not much information regarding the game currently, we do, however, know that the game is classified as an action RPG and will feature characters from Mega Man X series.
The announcement was made on Capcom Taiwan’s official website and a video teaser of the game has also been uploaded to Youtube.
Capcom Rockman X Dive Action RPG Game for Android and iOS Announced
This certainly may not seem like the most ambitious or anticipated revival of a past game but it certainly sounds intriguing. Unfortunately, the brief 15-second video teaser does not reveal much. You can watch the video for yourself below.
It is too early to tell what the game would offer but what we can take away from the trailer is that both X and Zero will be playable characters since they are shown in action in the video. Moreover, Axl and a host of other characters from Mega Man X series are seen at the end of the video indicating that they will be in the game.
As for the release date, no definitive date has been announced yet but according to the official website, the game will be out on Android and iOS sometime before the end of this year.
