The trailers is absolutely awesome, it is action packed and shows off the beautiful world of this new game. Gods have left a world in chaos and now the people must fight to protect themselves, as all that is left is the Anthem of creation. The game seems to have different factions and a main quest to find that centers around survival of the people. Mechs can be seen fighting a giant monster at the end of the Anthem E3 2018 trailer, and only by a near save is one of the pilots saved. A sense of dread arises as the characters talk of unknown forces.
Anthem E3 2018 Trailer and Game Details
After the trailer was revealed, it was told by the developers that game is to be a “live game”. It will have be an online game with players working together to complete quests. The game will blend a single player story as well as the fun of co-op experience. The mech suits in the game are called Javelins, and their will be 4 classes of Javelins: the Ranger, the Storm, the Colossus and the Interceptor. The game will allow players to personalize their Javelins.
The developers also stated that the game will have no loot boxes, and people will not be able to pay to get more power. In game purchases will be limited to aesthetic upgrades. Anthem is set to be released on February 19th 2019, and the game will be released for the XBOX One, the PlayStation 4 and the Windows PC.
