The Walking Dead Onslaught System Requirements
The Walking Dead Onslaught

The Walking Dead Onslaught is an upcoming horror VR game based on the popular comic book and TV series, The Walking Dead. The title is coming to both PC via Steam and PSVR. This is the second VR title based on The Walking Dead, and it’s clear how much potential there is in the IP for VR games. If you are looking to play this on PC, here are The Walking Dead Onslaught System Requirements.

The game is coming out next month and is already available for pre-purchase. You can read about its pre-order bonuses here.

The Walking Dead Onslaught System Requirements

To play the title on PC, you need the following specifications

Minimum

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i3-6100 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200, FX4350 or greater
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290 or greater
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 7 GB available space

Recommended

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i5-4590 / AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or greater
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1080 / AMD Radeon RX 480 or greater
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 7 GB available space

Now, this is a VR title, and to get the best experience, you will need a beefy system. However, compared to most VR games, this is relatively manageable. You will need 12 GB of RAM at least, in both cases, so we recommended gamers to upgrade to 16 GB of RAM this year. To play this title on higher settings, you will need a fairly powerful NVIDIA GPU, like the GTX 1080. It is a bid odd that for AMD users, it only requires something like a RX 480, which is significantly weaker than the GTX 1080. It only requires 7 GB of storage, which could be an indicator that the game isn’t very long.
