The character illustrations for Bushiroad’s mixed media project “D4DJ” (Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ) has been revealed for Happy Around and Peaky P-key.
Bushiroad is an entertainment company headquartered in Tokyo formed by Takaaki Kidani. The company is famous for the production of collectible card games and trading cards. The company also publishes mobile apps and games and many other venues. During the event at Shinkiba Studio Coast in Tokyo on April 5, the company announced a mix project dubbed as, Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ or D4DJ for short. The character illustrations for the project have been revealed with character profiles and cast will be announced at a later time.
D4DJ Mixed Project Details
You might wonder what really is this D4DJ project? The project is DJ themed which will include an anime, a game, and a live concert. The company also streamed a video for the project which showcased silhouettes of 8 characters.

The project will have new music as well as remixes of popular music. The project’s first live performance will be held at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba on July 20-21. BanG Dream! was launched as a multimedia project by Bushiroad. The band members consist of voice cast members who portray the characters in the story, and they play the same instruments as their characters.
A new BanG Dream! season 3 was announced some weeks ago. The project also inspired a mini anime which was based on The BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! game app.BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! ☆ Pico, which premiered on July 5. A spin-off anime Pastel Life was also announced which premiered in May. If you have watched the show BanG Dream! we can pretty much expect the same with D4DJ anime with a change of story.
