Bandai Namco just wrote a Tweet on Twitter in which they basically confirmed Super Saiyan Blue Goku for Jump Force. The Tweet says something about activation so, I think it is not a separate character. I think this form will be usable on the standard Goku in Jump Force. Read more for details.
Super Saiyan Blue Goku for Jump Force Leak
Few days ago an image from the November issue of Shonen Jump Magazine was leaked. In where there was Goku SSJG Blue form was in the cover along with other confirmed characters such as Luffy and Naruto. Read more about the leak here. Below is the leaked image from the Shonen Jump issue.

So basically the leaked image was true and Bandai Namco has just confirmed this via their Twitter account.

The thing here to notice is that unlike Dragon Ball games, Super Saiyan Blue Goku is not a separate character. This is a form of standard Goku which he can upgrade to. Like he can change his form to SSJ2, SSJ3 in which SSJ3 is not confirmed but the point is that this is a single character form. It is another transformation for Goku. This is confirmed by the words “Can you guess how to activate it?#unite2fight #jumpforce”
