Rumor: Halo Infinite Grappling Hook system might be a thing

Halo Infinite is the upcoming sci-fi FPS game co-developed by 343 Industries and SkyBox Labs. Xbox Game Studios will be publishing the game. It will release for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. It is the sixth entry of the critically acclaimed Halo series and the fourteenth game overall. Just recently Xbox has released the box art for Halo Infinite suggesting the game will have the grappling hook system just like in Doom Eternal. Halo and grappling hook, surely sounds weird but interesting.

The storyline of Halo Infinite will feel “more human-like” and Master Chief will play an important and role than in Halo 5: Guardians. The story will be set out on a Halo ring and the Master Cheif’s armor design will be the same as seen in Halo 3 and Halo 2. 343 developed the game is developed in their new engine dubbed Slipspace Engine.

Halo Infinite to have a Grappling Hook system

Have you played Doom Eternal yet? You might wonder why did I mention that. According to the box art there is a strong chance that the game will have a grappling hook system. If you enjoyed the grappling hook in Doom Eternal, you might be in for a treat. This is, however, is a rumor, 343 hasn’t confirmed that whether there is a grappling hook on the left arm of Master Cheif as seen in the box art. And again, this is nothing but a rumor. It is also possible that the strange mechanism could be anything else totally. We suggest you to take this rumor with a grain of salt until 343 confirms this. Halo Infinite Release Date

The game is planned for quarter 4 of 2020 release. It will be released on Microsoft Windows and as a launch title for the Series X.
