- Extract the zip file into the installation folder of Streets of Rage 4 (Steam or GOG), using something like Winrar or Winzip
- Allow the original file original game_intro.ogv to be replaced from the one you downloaded
After this, you won’t have to sit through the intro videos anymore and head straight to the “Press Any Button” screen.

Both storefronts have the game for 10% off. However, the GOG version doesn’t have online multiplayer features. This was confirmed by the developing team on Twitter.
