While this isn’t a very common issue if you’re having crashing issues on launch, here’s how you can fix it.
Open your antivirus, and add the game’s executable in its exceptions. If you don’t have a third party anti-virus software, you need to add it in Window’s Defender’s exclusions.
- Open Windows Defender Security Center.
- Select Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Add or remove exclusions.
- Under Add an exclusion, select the game’s folder and click OK.
That should fix it for most users.

Make sure you have updated to the latest drivers available for both NVIDIA and AMD

The game isn’t very demanding, but as it is the trend with modern titles, we recommend you upgrade your CPU to at least an i5.
